April 17-26, 2026: National Dance Week
- National Dance Week at ESDC means a free Monday night dance on April 20th, with a fun choreo demo, and a special combo beyond basics/intermediate class taught by Brett and Keri!
- ESDC is also participating in the City of Eugene’s National Dance Week programming! You will be able to find us 5-8pm Friday, April 17 at the Farmers Market Pavilion in downtown Eugene. We will be staffing a table for information about the wonderful world of West Coast Swing, complete with raffle prizes. We’ll also be performing a demo of Spark Up Dance’s choreo from their recent choreo class sometime between 6-8pm!

Michael Kielbasa is an Internationally Acclaimed Dancer, Instructor, Competitor, Judge, and Performer. Michael has been dancing since he was 5 years old, under the guidance of his mother and uncle, both internationally acclaimed Champions! However, it wasn’t until the age of 17 that Michael began teaching and dancing competitively. Michael also teaches all of the American Style Ballroom and Latin Dances, as well as Swing, Hustle, Salsa, and Lindy Hop. Michael began competing in the WCS circuit and Classic Division in 2003. He has won many 1st place Championship titles; while teaching private dance lessons & choreography.
